Extended Christmas Returns Policy
Over the busy festive period, we’ve extended our usual limit for returns. Any orders placed between the 15th of November and the 24th of December 2023 can be returned unworn and in the original packaging up until Wednesday the 10th of January 2024. For purchases made from the 25th of December onwards, our usual 14 day refund policy will apply.
Brexit Information
We are based in Northern Ireland and as a result of the Northern Ireland Protocol we have in effect remained in the EU's single market for goods allowing goods to flow from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland and the rest of the European Union as they did pre-brexit. Orders placed before 3.00pm will normally be despatched the same day Monday to Friday. Delivery information by destination is as follows:
United Kingdom
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £5.00 or free when you spend £75.00 or over. We use Royal Mail 48 hour tracked which has a delivery aim of 2 working days.
Republic of Ireland
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £5.00. We use DPD and they have a delivery aim of 1 or 2 working days.
Europe
Delivery is charged at £20.00 or £25.00 depending on what part of Europe we are delivering to. We use DHL and they have a deliver aim of up to 3-5 days.
United States
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £30.00. We use DHL and they have a delivery aim of 5-7 working days.
Canada
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £40.00. We use DHL and they have a delivery aim of 5-7 working days.
Rest of World
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £50.00. We use DHL and they have a delivery aim of 7-10 working days
Returns Information
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase from berlin clothing. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, simply return the item(s) to us in the original packaging within fourteen days from despatch for a refund or exchange. Please note that we have extended our returns policy to the 12th of January 2023 to factor in the busy festive season.
